    Privacy statement

This statement explains what personal data Durecon B.V. collects through durecon.com, why we collect it, who else processes it, and what you can do about it.

    Last updated: 18 August 2026

Who is responsible for your data

Durecon B.V. decides why and how the personal data described here is processed, which makes us the controller for it under the General Data Protection Regulation.

    • Durecon B.V., Einsteinweg 53, 3404 LJ IJsselstein, The Netherlands
    • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 68611552
    • Email: [email protected]

    When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, company, email address, market segment, type of inquiry, and your message. We use this only to answer you and, where your question is about working together, to discuss what that could look like.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and, where you are asking about a possible partnership, on the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement. Submissions reach us by email at [email protected]. A contact form on its own does not put you on a marketing mailing list.

    When you download a datasheet

Technical datasheets are delivered through a form hosted by HubSpot, which asks for details such as your name, email address, and company. We use these to send you the document and to follow up about the product you were interested in.

This is based on your consent, which you give by completing the form and accepting marketing cookies. The form does not load until you have accepted them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

When you just visit the site

Cookies and similar techniques are only placed once you have made a choice in the consent banner, apart from those strictly necessary to make the site work. Our cookie policy lists every cookie in use, what it does, and how long it is stored.

Separately from cookies, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. The typefaces used on this site are served from our own domain, so viewing a page does not by itself send your IP address to any third party.

    Who else processes your data

We use a small number of external providers to run the site and our sales administration. Each of them receives only what it needs for its part of the job, and only processes it on our instructions unless it decides its own purposes.

    • Mailgun (Sinch): delivers contact form submissions to us by email, over European infrastructure.
    • HubSpot: our CRM, the forms behind our datasheet downloads, and website tracking, in HubSpot's European data centre.
    • Google: Google Tag Manager and the tags configured within it.
    • Cookiebot (Usercentrics): records and stores your cookie consent so we can show what you agreed to.
    • Railway: hosts the website itself.

Data outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers are established in the United States or may process data there. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards in place with that provider, such as certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

    How long we keep it

We do not keep personal data for longer than we need it.

    • Contact inquiries: for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, and afterwards in our email records for up to 24 months.
    • Datasheet requests and other CRM records: for as long as there is a business relationship or a live interest, reviewed at least every 24 months.
    • Cookie consent: stored for 12 months, after which you are asked again.
    • Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

    Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict what we do with it, or receive it in a portable form. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was already done while it was in place.

    How to exercise them

Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to identify yourself, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

    How we protect your data

The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are validated before they are accepted, and access to our CRM and mailboxes is limited to the people who need it for their work. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

    Changes to this statement

We update this statement when the way we handle personal data changes, for example when we start using a new provider. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

    Questions

For any question about this statement, or about the data we hold on you, email [email protected] or call +31 85 105 0545.
