    Backoffice & Purchasing Officer

    About the role

    Durecon develops and produces cleaning and surface-protection products based on silane technology, including the Cleanprotec brand. We supply the marine, mobility and facility markets. In a small and friendly team, you keep the back office running smoothly: from purchasing with suppliers and order planning to customer contact and invoicing. You work independently, pick up new tasks quickly, and learn fast how our processes and products fit together. No two days are the same and your contribution genuinely makes a difference. You work 2 to 3 days a week, and we agree the exact hours together. Working hours fall between 08:30 and 17:00.

    What you will do

    • Purchasing from suppliers: placing orders, following them up, and monitoring delivery times
    • Scheduling and coordinating orders
    • Supporting the field sales team
    • Customer contact by email
    • Processing orders
    • Drawing up invoices
    • Entering incoming invoices
    • Keeping the administration accurate and clear
    • Coordinating with colleagues to keep processes running smoothly

    What you bring

    • Vocational (mbo) level of working and thinking, at minimum
    • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable back office or purchasing role
    • Experience with administrative and/or logistics processes and systems
    • You work independently and pick up new tasks quickly
    • You learn quickly how new processes, products and systems work
    • The working language is mainly Dutch. You speak Dutch and good English, and German is a plus

    What we offer

    A salary of up to €3,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)

    A contract for 2 to 3 days per week, with the exact arrangement agreed together

    25 holiday days on a full-time basis, pro rata for your part-time contract (roughly 10 to 15 days at 2 to 3 days per week)
